Train to Trainers Programme

The Train to Trainers Programme was an initiative coordinated by partners from Romania, Finland, and Spain aimed at recruiting and training trainers. This programme comprised six webinars, with five focusing on theoretical aspects relevant to training methodologies, pedagogy, and best practices, while the sixth seminar served as a platform for each participating partner to showcase their individual projects. These projects encompassed a range of topics such as innovative teaching methods, curriculum development, and educational technology integration. In total, the program spanned approximately 35 hours of comprehensive training.

A total of 14 trainers and 14 experts, representing diverse fields within education and training, actively participated in the programme. The structured curriculum was meticulously designed to provide a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, equipping trainers with the necessary tools to excel in their educational roles. Moreover, interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities were integrated into the programme to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.

Each partner contributed unique expertise and insights, enriching the collective learning experience. The collaborative nature of the Train to Trainers Programme fostered cross-cultural exchange and facilitated the sharing of best practices.

The Train to Trainers Programme not only empowered trainers to deliver effective and impactful training sessions but also fostered a vibrant community of practice dedicated to advancing education and training excellence.
