I’m a passionate in tourism industry. After more than 20 years working in the tourism sector with important training, consulting and management companies, I began my professional career on my own focusing on advice, management and training in quality and sustainability for companies and destinations. All of this, taking advantage of my experience and passion for the tourism industry in general and the hotel industry in particular. Currently, I help entrepreneurs and tourism companies (specialized in accommodation and restaurants) to improve the profit-earning capacity and reputation of their business.
